- Craft and manage the project roadmap, breaking down milestones and tasks, outlining dependencies, and keeping everyone on track.
- Prioritize bug fixes and polish, advocate for quality standards, and ensure a smooth launch with minimal technical issues.
- Allocate resources efficiently, assign tasks to team members, and adjust plan dynamically to handle unforeseen challenges.
- Facilitate agile methodology, conduct daily stand-up meetings, track progress, and remove roadblocks for the team.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication between all stakeholders, developers, and management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively solve problems, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Manage playtesting cycles, gather feedback, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Generate reports and dashboards, track progress against milestones, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
