Key Responsibilities
- Attract, identify, and onboard skilled developers, artists, designers, and other game professionals, understanding the unique skillsets and cultural fit needed for a thriving game studio.
- Design and implement attractive compensation packages and benefits programs that cater to the specific needs and expectations of game industry professionals.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the studio, promoting a healthy and supportive work culture that empowers employees to thrive.
- Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts professionally, and maintain positive relationships between management and staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, manage employee benefits enrollment and administration, and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Create opportunities for professional growth and skill development within the studio, fostering employee engagement and retention.
- Implement and manage company HR policies, handbooks, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and upholding fair and consistent practices.
- Gather and analyze employee data on performance, engagement, retention, and other key metrics, informing strategic HR decisions and talent management initiatives.
