- Manage office space, equipment, IT infrastructure, vendor contracts, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for a thriving game development environment.

- Oversee office budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, plan and manage employee travel for conferences, events, and remote work setups.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, handle basic HR requests, and coordinate with the HR department on administrative tasks and employee relations.
- Organize internal and external events like game release parties, studio anniversaries, and industry networking events.
- Manage studio equipment, hardware, software licenses, and physical assets, ensuring proper maintenance and tracking.
- Oversee office maintenance, repairs, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment.
- Act as a central point of communication within the studio, relaying information, managing calendars, and facilitating collaboration between departments.
- Assist employees with travel arrangements, visa applications, and documentation for international conferences, events, or relocation needs.
